The Story Behind The Brand
The Mariposa Brand is named after my maternal grandparents, who called Mariposa Road home for nearly 70 years. They were the purest examples of what home and hospitality truly mean.
And I love that “Mariposa” is the Spanish word for “butterfly”—a beautiful reminder of transformation, grace, and all the things that make a house a home.

ANNA GREER
After getting her real estate license, Anna launched her first short-term rental, expanded her portfolio with long-term rentals, and added another short-term property. It didn’t take long for her to fall head over heels with every aspect of real estate sales and investing.
With a bold leap of faith, Anna closed her law practice to pivot into real estate full-time.
Today, Anna is a seasoned real estate broker, licensed residential contractor, and an expert short-term rental creator and host. She’s mastered every step of the process—from finding and purchasing properties to renovating, staging, self-managing, and hosting short term stays in and around Nashville, Tennessee.
While Anna loves every aspect of her work, her true passion lies in empowering women to achieve financial, time, and location freedom through real estate.
